Q: What brand do you use for your lash lift services?
We use the brand Puluk Pro Wave for Lash Lift, Tint and Keratin treatment. Puluk Pro Wave is an established brand in Korea.

Q: What do I need to prepare before the procedure?
Strictly no usage of mascara for at least 2 days before the appointment and keep your eyes completely free of eye makeup.

Q: Can I wear contact lenses during the session?
Yes, you can or you can choose to remove them before the appointment. Due to hygiene purposes, kindly please bring along your own contact lenses case.

Q: What must I do during the session and how is the process of the Lash Lift feels like?
It is a relaxing procedure. You will be required to close your eyes throughout the session. The therapist will explain the process during the session if you are in doubt.

Q: Is the lash lift procedure suitable for people who has just went for lasik surgery?
You will need to wait at least 6 months to do a lash lift. When in doubt, please consult your physician.

Q: Will it be possible to do a lash lift if a blepharoplasty surgery has been done?
It is advisable to wait at least 1 year from your surgery. You will be required to fully heal in order to do a lash lift procedure. When in doubt, please consult your physician.

Q: Will lash lift damage my natural lashes?
No. A carefully trained and skilled professional will perform the lash lift procedure with the utmost care and proper technique.

Q: This procedure is not good for anyone with the following:

Chronic dry eye,

Conjunctivitis,
-
Damaged lashes or lashes with gaps (this treatment may make the gaps more noticeable),

Active eye infections or disorders of any kind, trichotillomania (habitual pulling out of lashes),

Recent chemo treatments (you will need to wait at least a year from your last treatment.)

Recent Eye Surgery

Very sensitive eyes

Skin allergy around the eyes

Blepharitis (Eyelid inflammation)

Hay fever sufferers / watery eyes

Pregnancy during the 1st trimester

Medication Thyroxin (in some cases can prevent lashes from curling)

When in doubt, always consult with your physician. Kindly please disclose any conditions prior the session. Kindly do respect our decision for rejecting your appointment should you have any history of eye/skin allergies. In such case, rejection of service is possible on the day of appointment and the deposit will be refunded to you via bank transfer. We hope for your kind understanding.

Q: What is the difference between Lash Lift and Lash Extensions?
Lash Lifting opens the eyes, gives the appearance of longer, thicker, darker lashes and offers much less maintenance than eyelash extensions. However, you must be pleased with your current lash length of your natural lashes to achieve the natural and semi-permanent curled look.

Q: How long does the Lash Lift procedure takes?
The process is approximately from 50min to 60min excluding consultation time.

Q: How long does the Lash Lift & Tint lasts?
The Puluk Pro Wave Lash Lift will last 4-6 weeks, depending on your lash cycle. Please note that lash serums, biotin, and/or medication(s) can affect the lash cycle, resulting in quicker lash shedding.
Q: How should I maintain my lash lift?

Avoid direct water contact for at least 4hours after treatment
-
Avoid rubbing your eyes as it may cause the lashes to break
-
Avoid using any lash growth products
-
Strictly no curling of lashes with curler or using waterproof mascara as it may damage the lashes
-
Use only water-based eye makeup remover
-
No hot steam, sauna or swimming activities for the first 24hrs
-
If your lashes is wet, pat dry with a clean cloth or tissue
