Terms & Conditions

  1. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your slot. Your appointment will be cancelled if failure to receive deposit within an hour upon booking. 

  2. Do note that deposit will be forfeited for last min cancellations/rescheduling 1 day before the appointment time. 

  3. Any change in appointments after the 1st reschedule is subjected to a non-refundable $20 deposit. 

  4. Kindly please disclose any conditions prior the session. We hope that you will respect our decision for rejecting your appointment should you have any history of eye/skin allergies. In such case, rejection of service is possible on the day of appointment and the deposit will be refunded to you via bank transfer. 

  5. Kindly please arrive on time as it means more lash time dedicated to you. A max 10 min grace will be given to you.

  6. Avoid being late more than 10 min as there will be a penalty of additional $10 incurred on top of your balance payment. 

  7. Appointment will be automatically cancelled if lateness is more than 15 min and beyond. Deposit is forfeited.

  8. As we are a private home studio, kindly refrain from bringing an additional accompaniment during your session as it will cause distraction to the work process. 

  9. For new customers, you will be required to fill up a questionnaire prior to your appointment. There will be a short consultation before the start of a session. 

  10. We only accept payment via Paynow, Paylah and Google Pay. 

  11. Please sanitize your hands upon entering our studio and put on your mask at all times. 

  12. If you are feeling unwell in any way, kindly reschedule your appointment.

  13. Should your ART/PCR results be found positive and require cancelling/rescheduling, please send in a photo proof of it before 10am. Your deposit will be put on hold till you are well to schedule an appointment.

  14. Should any of your family member/partner is found to be positive with Covid19, kindly please inform to reschedule your appointment and submit a photo of your ART results before 10am on your new appointment date. Your deposit will be put on hold till you are tested negative.

  15. Please do not wear any waterproof eye makeup as we are unable to use oil-based cleansers or extend/lift your lashes afterwards. 

  16. Please do not use oil-based cleansers or facial wipes at least a day before your appointment.

  17. Permed lashes not done by our studio cannot be extended. If your lashes are recently permed, please wait at least 6 weeks before scheduling a lash lift / extensions appointment.

  18. If you are experiencing any sensitivity or have any eye conditions nearing the date, it is best not to have any extensions until you feel better.

  19. Clients who recently had LASIK, eyelid surgery or any form of procedure around the eye area should consult their medical doctor before proceeding with the appointment.

  20. If you have booked for a lash refill (within 2 weeks from your initial lash appointment) but your extensions have dropped off more than 70% a refill will not be allowed and you will have to re-book as a full set. If you are unsure, send us a photo with your current lashes and we will advise accordingly.

  21. Due to hygiene purposes, only one-time refill can be done for every new set.
